They were courteous from the minute we walked in the door. We didn't have to wait long to see the specialist. She explained everything and why and how it works. We did go out with a lot to think about and a lot of knowledge.

Took her time teaching us about the hearing aid, I brought in my hearing test she went through it step-by-step explained what was on the test. I went home still had some questions she had me come back again. My experience so far has been very positive.
